What’s the difference between coaching and therapy?

What if I’m dealing with relationship conflict?
No. Coaching is forward-focused. If you need therapy, I’ll tell you and help you find the right support.
Is this therapy?

Therapy often focuses on healing the past and diagnosing/treating mental health. Coaching is forward-focused: patterns, choices, standards, actions. If something is better handled by therapy, I’ll say so.

We’ll focus on boundaries, repair, communication, and your contribution to the pattern. You can’t control the other person—but you can change the dance.
What if I don’t know what I want?

That’s normal. We’ll start by telling the truth about what isn’t working, then define your values and a small set of non-negotiables.
Pricing depends on the contract (most contracts are 6 months). We can discuss in the free clarity call
